The Women in Business Council of the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce Is launching a new Mentorship program to members and non-members.  The inaugural mentorship program will consist of three sessions as part of its Mentorship Bootcamp presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery.

The focus of the program will be for women who are entering the workforce for the first time, changing careers, seeking professional development, and improvement of skills, as well as for entrepreneurs and self-employed business owners.

The Women in Business Council’s mission is to bring educational and enlightening programs to female professionals in Palm Beach North. This council promotes networking and education for professional women and women entrepreneurs while highlighting the women leaders in the community.

“We are excited to provide a program built to help women become stronger business professionals and help their business succeed,” says Brittany Cartwright, Director of Membership Development. “One of our Chamber’s key Strategic Imperatives is Regional Leadership. This program put forth by our Women in Business Council, helps us to continue to achieve that goal. We very much look forward to working with our Women in Business Council to inaugurate our Mentorship Bootcamp.”

The Women in Business Mentorship Bootcamp presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery is an opportunity for women facing challenges affecting their career or business to grow personally and professionally. The three-month Bootcamp will offer one-on-one mentorship paired with a virtual classroom in three focus areas: Public Speaking, Budgeting, and Goal Setting. Upon the completion of the course, participants will have gained valuable knowledge and skills to advance their careers while building a network of personal and professional contacts. Women of all levels of experience are encouraged to register.

Mentorship Bootcamp:

Three-Part Virtual Boot Camp: 4th Wednesday (except for 1st session) from 8:00- 9:00 am. August 19th – Public Speaking for the Virtual Speaker; September 23rd – Budgeting for Beginners presented by Financial Investment Network; October 28th – Goal Setting for Personal and Business Success. Final Presentations – Wednesday, November 18th, from 4:00-6:00 pm.  The cost for members is $99, $149 future members.
