Palm Beach North: The brand-building tradition continues

Throughout its illustrious history, the northern region of Palm Beach County has been home to some of the world’s most iconic brands – ones whose backgrounds and values were conveyed by the simple mention of their names.

If you were an “early settler” – say, in the 1920s – and lived in a home designed by Addison Mizner, then you were experiencing the one-of-a-kind luxury of the Mediterranean Revival in architecture.

In the 1950s, Pratt & Whitney came to Jupiter, opening the Florida Research and Development Center. Its (literally) life-or-death mission: develop state-of-the-art military and rocket engines. It’s no overstatement to say the patriotic work done at Pratt & Whitney ultimately helped the U.S. win both the Space Race and the Cold War.

And in today’s business climate, where Palm Beach North is successfully conveying that this region is truly Florida’s Prosperity Coast, the proud tradition continues.

Many Palm Beach North businesses are growing their brands with an assist from Ideabar – a Cox Media Group-owned advertising/multimedia marketing agency located within The Palm Beach Post.

For instance, with Roger Dean Stadium, Ideabar got the word out that baseball games are only one aspect of the facility’s appeal. It can also host special events, corporate outings and virtually any other gathering a client can imagine.

For the Palm Beach County Sports Commission, Ideabar has conveyed to an international audience that our area is the place to be for any and all sporting competitions – as well as athletic recreation.

Other clients, such as Downtown Abacoa and Palm Beach State College, have also benefited from their association with Ideabar in the guise of increased ROI and brand identity.

“Businesses that tell a clear, consistent and powerful brand story grow when they reach consumers with the right message at the right moment,” explained Ideabar Director Amy Royster. “At Ideabar, we are fluent in all media and adept at storytelling across a variety of channels. We love helping clients grow.”
