With the heart of a servant leader and a purposeful approach, Noel Martinez, President and CEO of the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, represents the voice of business. He guides his eight-member staff to exceed the expectations of his 700 members and understand their needs before they do.

Before taking over the reins of the Chamber, Noel was the Executive Director for Leadership Palm Beach County where he elevated its profile in the County and increased revenues. He continues to serve in many leadership roles throughout Palm Beach County and Florida. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Chamber Professionals, Friends of Manatee Lagoon, and Nova Southeastern University’s Palm Beach Advisory Board. He is a current member of Leadership Florida’s Cornerstone Class 40 and a proud alumni of Leadership Palm Beach County. Giving back to the community he calls home is essential to Noel, and he is proud of his efforts working with the American Cancer Society’s Men in Pink to honor his mother and spent many years coaching youth sports.

Noel lives in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. He enjoys exploring the outdoors, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his two children, Gio and Bella, and his dog, Echo.
