Virginia Spencer, Illustrated Properties Real Estate
Virginia has been General Manager of Illustrated Properties since 1998. In this capacity she oversees the activities of all of the company's agents and offices. She manages real estate transactions and handles escrow disputes, Errors & Omissions claims, ethics and arbitration for the agents and is the liaison with community organizations . Virginia also handles the licensing of the new offices, Board of Realtors applications, and occupational licenses for the company. She organized a commercial division in 2006 and oversees their monthly meetings. In 2005, she helped to organize a group of agents to start Illustrated Properties Charities and was instrumental in forming the Community Partnerships Program.
