Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Flippo, MSN, NE-BC, FACHE, has 25 years of healthcare leadership experience with a strong background in the business and operations of hospitals and healthcare systems. Libby has been with the Palm Beach Health Network for the last four years and is currently serving as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. Libby has demonstrated focus on patient-centered care, performance improvement and lean implementation while being consistently recognized for leadership, clinical programs and mentorship.Libby earned her Bachelor's in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing Leadership for Healthcare Systems from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University.
