Andrew George, TMRW Sports Group

Andrew George currently holds the position of SVP, Live Event Experience & Operations for TMRW Sports Group, a company utilizing advanced technology to build progressive approaches to sports, media and entertainment. One of the first introductions will be TGL presented by SoFi, which is a new professional golf league, combining cutting-edge technology with the top players from the PGA TOUR for a two-hour weekly team competition starting in early 2025.

Prior to joining TMRW Sports, George was the Executive Director of The Honda Classic, a PGA TOUR event played at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. In his 15-year-long career with the tournament, George held roles in corporate partnerships, operations, and community engagement, shaping an event that welcomed 200,000 fans each year and generated $80 million in economic impact annually for the local region. Known for having a wide range of on-site experiences, it has been recognized as the 'most fan friendly event' multiple times by its peers.

In 2015, George took over leadership responsibilities as one of the youngest-ever PGA TOUR Tournament Directors (at age 30), and increased net revenue by more than 100% and grew the tournament's charitable giving total from $28 million to $69 million in that time. He was promoted to Executive Director, the organization's top position, in 2022 where he oversaw the event operation and commercial interests, as well as stewardship of the philanthropic relationships like the Nicklaus Children's Health Care Foundation, founded by Jack and Barbara Nicklaus, the tournament's primary beneficiary.

Originally from Iowa, George completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Coe College and a Master's Degree in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. George was elected and served as the PGA TOUR's Tournament Advisory Council (TAC) Vice-Chair, a leadership committee of event directors representing the interests of all PGA TOUR events and host organizations involved. He also was afforded the opportunity to deliver the Commencement Address at his alma mater, Coe, in the spring of 2023.

George holds numerous charitable board and volunteer positions and enjoys playing or attending sporting events, relaxing on South Florida's beautiful beaches, and spending time with his wife Alexandra and kids, Evan (8), Mila (6) and Ellie (3).
