Bolay, South Florida’s hottest new build-your-own superfoods bowl restaurant, opened their second location in Palm Beach Gardens on Friday, November 4 at 3333 Northlake Blvd at 11 a.m. Diners can select from a variety of seared proteins and vegan-friendly fresh sides. Bases for bowls include Gluten-Free Cilantro Noodles, Peruvian Quinoa, and Marinated Kale & Currant Salad, and add vegetables such as Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Smoky Cauliflower, and Cajun Sweet Potatoes. Bowls are paired with a selection of refreshing cold-pressed juices and infused teas and indulge in guilt-free desserts such as Chocolate Mousse, Peanut Butter Pot de Crème, gluten-free chocolate chip cookies, and a berry cobbler with gluten-free walnut crust.
