Noel Martinez is a visionary leader in business and civic engagement, currently serving as President & CEO of the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce. Under his leadership, the Chamber has grown into a vital economic engine for its 800+ members and the broader region, earning statewide recognition as the 2023 “Chamber of the Year” by the Florida Association of Chamber Professionals (FACP). In 2024, Noel received the Florida Chamber Chair’s Award, underscoring his broad impact across Florida’s business community.

Before stepping into his current role, Noel served as Executive Director of Leadership Palm Beach County. He continues to lead beyond his Chamber work, serving as Chair of FACP, and as a board member for Discover the Palm Beaches, Leadership Florida, Friends of Manatee Lagoon and the Palm Beach North Education Foundation.

A graduate of Leadership Florida’s Cornerstone Class 40 and Leadership Palm Beach County’s Class of 2014, Noel is known for championing bold leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and inclusive economic development. His work has earned him a place among Florida Trend’s “Florida 500” in 2023 and Palm Beach Illustrated’s “Top 100 Business Leaders.”
