KIRBY DAVIS
Director of Membership Engagement
Kirby is a dedicated nonprofit and community leader with deep roots in service and leadership. Raised in Amarillo, Texas, she relocated to Florida in 2017 and has since become an active and engaged member of the Palm Beach County community.
With years of experience in the chamber industry, Kirby brings a strong foundation in relationship building, community engagement and organizational development. Her work has focused on strengthening connections across the local business community while advancing initiatives that create meaningful regional impact. Building on that foundation of community-centered leadership, she most recently served as Development Director for NAMI Palm Beach County, leading fundraising and community outreach efforts to support mental health advocacy and services.

In recognition of her leadership and service, she was honored as the 2025 Young Professional of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Passionate about both mental health advocacy and animal welfare, Kirby is deeply committed to making a positive difference in her community. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her three huskies—Ollie, Zara, and Sami.
