Jill Mondo is an experienced chamber, non-profit and association professional. For over six years, she has performed in various roles at the Chamber and is presently the Director of Operations and Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. Her role is to oversee office operations and maintain critical connections with Chamber members, Board of Directors, and Chamber staff.

Jill spent much of her professional career in the tire and automotive industry. She served as Executive Director for the Florida Automotive Trades Association and worked in membership and events for the Tire Industry Association. She also formerly held several positions at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, Jupiter Medical Center and JMATT, Inc.  She is a member of the Florida Association of Chamber Professionals, American Chamber of Commerce Executives, American Association of Notaries, the Leadership Palm Beach County Class of 2022 and serves on many committees within the community.

Jill graduated with a BA in English from Washington and Jefferson College in Pennsylvania.

When she is not managing Noel or the office, Jill enjoys spending time with her family and friends and volunteering in the community.
