Millicent Kelly, Nova Southeastern University

Millicent Kelly joined the NSU Palm Beach team as Campus Director in March, 2022. Originally from the small town of Mechelen, Belgium, and fluent in both English and Flemish, Millicent has an extensive professional background which encompasses the hospitality, business, and education sectors. She has more than 20 years of experience in higher education in a variety of capacities including recruitment and enrollment management, retention, student affairs, financial aid, collaborative community relations, site management, and instruction. Millicent has spent most of her adult life as a resident of Northern Palm Beach County and is committed to serving her community. As a volunteer she has been involved with the Susan B. Komen Foundation, the Quantum House, Furry Friends of Jupiter, and the Palm Beach County School District. As part of her service to the community Ms. Kelly accepted the School Volunteer of the Year Award presented by the Quantum House, and a service award for 15 years of voluntary service with the Palm Beach County School District. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware in Criminal Justice, and a master's degree in Human Resource Development and Administration from Barry University.
