Maxine Sonnenschein, Health Care District of Palm Beach County
Maxine Sonnenschein is the Director of External Affairs for the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. In this role, she builds and maintains key relationships with government officials, civic and business organizations, and community leaders to advance the healthcare organization's mission. Sonnenschein plans and executes outreach activities, represents the organization in legislative and community discussions, and ensures the effective resolution of conflicts and needs.Sonnenschein has a diverse background, dedicated to health care policy and funding, government affairs and civic engagement. Before joining the Health Care District, she served as development/government affairs officer for Alpert Jewish Family Service in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Sonnenschein completed her undergraduate studies at Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach State College.
