Donald Kiselewski, Florida Power & Light Company
Don Kiselewski is the executive director of external affairs for Florida Power & Light Company (FPL), a subsidiary of NextEra Energy Inc., and one of the largest investor-owned electric utilities in the nation. He is dedicated to growing and maintaining positive, long-lasting relationships with municipal, community and business leaders.Don has worked for the company since 2005. Prior to joining FPL, he served as a Congressional Chief of Staff and was a 14-year employee of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Don currently serves as Chair of the Florida Chamber Foundation's Board of Trustees and is a Board Member of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, Ballet Palm Beach, and the PGA Corridor Association. He is a member of the FAU Political Science Advisory Board, Leadership Florida Cornerstone Class XXXIV, Past-Chair of the United Way of Palm Beach County, Past-Chair of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, Past-President of the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches, Past-Chair of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, Past-Chair of the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce, and Past-Chair of Florida Atlantic University's Tech Runway Board of Advisors. In 2019, Don chaired newly elected West Palm Beach Mayor Keith James' Transition Team.
Don holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University. A 53-year resident of Palm Beach County, Don and his wife, Heidi, have three children – Katie, Jackson & Chelsea.
