Clint Lowe, Carrier

In 2005, Clint was awarded the prestigious Army Green to Gold Scholarship, which allowed him to leave active duty and pursue higher education at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. During his time at Embry-Riddle (2005-2009), he served as an Army ROTC Cadet in the Army Reserve. In 2008, he qualified as an Airborne Paratrooper and completed his undergraduate studies in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Science and Technology, graduating with honors. Clint was recognized as Distinguished Military Graduate, Outstanding Graduating Senior and received accolades for his Outstanding Senior Thesis.
Upon graduation from Embry-Riddle, Clint was commissioned as an Army Officer in 2009, and was selected to become an Army Aviator, attending flight school in 2010. He graduated as a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter pilot and earned his Aviator wings in 2011. Clint was then assigned to the 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah GA and deployed to Afghanistan with Task Force Knighthawk where he served with distinction and was awarded the Air Medal for over 150 combat missions in Regional Command South primarily in Pasab, Spin Boldak and Kandahar, Afghanistan. During his time in this theater, Clint was tasked with training and establishing the Afghanistan Air Wing. He continued to serve as a MEDEVAC Pilot and Medical Service Corps Officer until 2016, when he left the Armed Forces as a Captain, having dedicated 14 years to military service, including 10 years of active duty and 4 years in the reserve. Clint was later promoted to Major in the US Army Reserves.
In 2016, Clint transitioned to the civilian sector, earning his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. He began his corporate career as a Product Development Manager at Carrier Global Corporation, specializing in Mechanical Engineering and HVAC-R. Over the years, Clint has held several key positions at Carrier Corporation, including Senior Engineering Manager, Associate Director of Engineering, Global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Program Director, and currently is an Engineering Executive serving as Chief of Staff, and Global Engineering Footprint Strategy Lead.
Clint has a passion for service and continues his dedication to the Veteran community as the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County Veterans Build Co-Chair for 2024 and 2025 and has also led Carrier's Military & Veterans Employee Resource Group (ERG) for the past 4 years, supporting over 500 veterans globally.
Clint is married with 3 girls and lives in Palm Beach Gardens FL. His military awards and decorations consist of the Army Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal (4th Award), Army Achievement Medal (2nd Award), the National Defense Service Ribbon, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Korean Defense Service Ribbon, the Army Service Ribbon, the Army Overseas Service Ribbon, and the NATO International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Medal.
