Brian Yacko serves as Director of Construction at Urban Building Concepts, where he helps lead the company's construction operations, project execution, client relationships, and continued growth. Working closely with ownership, the field team, clients, architects, designers, and trade partners, Brian focuses on delivering the communication, organization, and attention to detail expected throughout the custom homebuilding and renovation process.Brian brings more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning operations, risk management, strategic execution, and client service. Prior to joining Urban Building Concepts, he held several leadership roles at Polen Capital, where he oversaw global operations and led firmwide initiatives across risk, technology, acquisitions, and business integration. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment operations and client service, including at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and The Vanguard Group.
Today, Brian applies that experience to luxury residential construction, bringing a disciplined and highly collaborative approach to managing complex custom homes and major renovations throughout Palm Beach County. His focus on proactive communication, accountability, thoughtful problem-solving, and strong relationships complements Urban Building Concepts' commitment to delivering an exceptional building experience for its clients.
Brian earned his B.S. in Business Management from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and is actively involved in the local business and philanthropic community.
