The Palm Beach North Collegiate Leadership Program is designed to connect college students with the people, industries, and career opportunities available right here in Palm Beach County.
Through leadership development, behind-the-scenes business experiences, career exploration, and meaningful professional connections, students will gain a deeper understanding of our regional economy while building relationships that can help launch their careers.
The ultimate goal is to strengthen Palm Beach County’s talent pipeline by helping students see a future for themselves here after graduation.

Throughout the program, students will participate in interactive sessions highlighting the industries, organizations, and leaders driving Palm Beach County forward. Each experience should provide students with practical career exposure while creating opportunities to build lasting professional relationships.
