Director of Strategic Initiatives
As Director of Strategic Initiatives, Kathleen focuses on identifying and driving key projects that align with the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce’s overall strategy and goals. This includes tracking and overseeing the execution of strategic initiatives identified in our three-year Strategic Plan, as well as supporting our Smart & Connected Plan and Disaster Resiliency Action Plan. She works closely with various Chamber committees, municipal partners, and regional & county-wide stakeholders throughout the year and when developing the Chamber’s Legislative Agenda.
Kathleen is a graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Recreation and Leisure Services Administration. Before working for the Chamber, she provided a decade of community outreach services for roadway construction projects in the Treasure Coast as a consultant for the Florida Department of Transportation.
She is actively involved in the Junior League of Palm Beach County and is currently serving on the Junior Leagues of Florida State Public Affairs Committee. She is a recent Leadership Palm Beach County ENGAGE graduate and serves on Vita Nova’s board. Kathleen and her husband Malcolm enjoy traveling, and eloped in Malta in 2022. In her free time when she isn’t working or traveling, she enjoys going to the gym, grabbing dinner & wine with her friends, bingeing true crime podcasts, and participating in a book club. Her favorite book genre is historical fiction and all-time favorite book is The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah.
