Stephanie Quirantes, Nothing Bundt Cakes

Stephanie Rohm Quirantes is the co-owner of Nothing Bundt Cakes in Palm Beach Gardens. Before opening a bakery, Stephanie developed a love for biochemistry and nutrition at Florida State University and earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Nutrition Science and in Mass Communications.

In her prior work life, Stephanie was an award-winning registered dietitian with 20 years' experience in nutrition science, communications and technical consulting. Stephanie ran global nutrition at the Burger King Corporation. As a nutritionist in business and industry, Stephanie provided strategic leadership to restaurant chains on global nutrition issues from trans-fat removal and sodium reduction to gluten sensitivity. Stephanie has experience in food service, nutrition communications, marketing, public relations and was an expert technical resource for food development, calorie menu labeling, nutrition fact panel development, and allergen labeling and communications. She has consulted for brands such as Yum Brands, Burger King, and Boston Market. With a new focus on building a local business, Stephanie now enjoys delighting her guests and bringing them joy with amazing bundt cakes.

Stephanie resides in Palm Beach Shores with her husband Tulio of 24 years and frequent visits from her 2 college aged children Wesley who loves confetti bundt cake and Meghan who loves lemon bundt cake.
