Carlos M. Navarro, TD Bank
Carlos was born and raised in La Paz, Bolivia. He grew up playing tennis, representing his country in international competitions. After finishing high school in Bolivia, he was Awarded a tennis scholarship to go to University of Oregon in Eugene, OR. He graduated from U of O with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Minor degrees in Business Administration and International Business. Later, he finished a Master's Degree in International Business at Florida International University. He started his banking career in the year 2000 working as a Personal Banker Officer for Wells Fargo Bank in Portland, OR. He worked in different banks in Bolivia as a Commercial Lender, Chief of Correspondent Banking and International Business Manager, before getting transferred back to the US in 2010 to work for Banco De Credito Del Peru - Miami Agency as the Relationship Banking Manager in charged of Correspondent Banking and Customer Relations Departments. In 2014, he decided to move to Palm Beach Gardens, FL to raise his family. He started working for a local community Bank as a Business Lender. In 2018, he switched Banks to work for TD Bank as a VP Small Business Relationship Manager in the Commercial Banking Department. Carlos is married to Cecilia, who is also from La Paz, Bolivia. They have three children, Maria (11 years old), Micaela (10 years old) and Matias (10 years old). Micaela and Matias are twins born in Miami, FL. All three of his children have already started playing tennis.
