About Noah Tennyson, Chair of the Young Professionals Council

Noah B. Tennyson is an attorney at Nason Yeager. His practice involves commercial and business litigation matters, including employment disputes, commercial foreclosures, business disputes, contract litigation, condominium and homeowners’ association issues, and construction defect litigation.

Mr. Tennyson began his legal career at the Office of the State Attorney, 15th Judicial Circuit, in West Palm Beach.  He prosecuted over 1,000 criminal matters, conducted over 40 jury trials and 25 bench trials, and won numerous convictions against defendants in cases ranging from Attempted First Degree Murder to Drug Trafficking.

Mr. Tennyson also has extensive experience representing large financial institutions.  As a litigator, he has managed all aspects of cases involving fraud, negligence, misrepresentation, and breach of contract.  In those matters, he has conducted numerous depositions, drafted and argued critical dispositive motions, and prepared a variety of expert witnesses for trial.

A “Double Gator,” Mr. Tennyson achieved Book Awards in Trial Practice and Federal Rules of Evidence while at the University of Florida – Levin College of Law.  During the summer after his 2L year, he was selected to intern for the Honorable Daniel T.K. Hurley, U.S. District Court Judge, Southern District of Florida.

An avid runner, Mr. Tennyson competes in various 5k races in the Palm Beach County area, including the TGi5K SunFest Race and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.  If he is not running, Mr. Tennyson might be found performing his repertoire of original songs at a local dive bar or dimly lit club.
