Committees & Councils Event Request Form
Please fill out this Committees & Councils Event Request Form for your upcoming event. This form must be completed 12 weeks before the event in order for the Chamber to accommodate this request. If information cannot be confirmed 12 weeks before the event, the event is subject to rescheduling/cancellation. As a reminder, all speakers, hosts and venues must be Palm Beach North Chamber members. If you have any questions, please contact your committee/council liaison.
Chamber Marketing Support for events:
- Information e-mail distributed to all Chamber e-mail subscribers one month out
- Facebook post with information about the event weekly/bi-weekly one month out
- Event on website with updated information/ability to register two months out
- Last Chance e-mail sent to all Chamber e-mail subscribers two days before event
