Rachel's passion for helping organizations is reflected in the intentional way she selected the name of her own firm. "Lyrae" is the possessive form of the word "Lyra," originating from the Latin term "lyre" referring to the musical instrument known as a harp.

A small constellation visible in the northern night sky is said to represent the lyre from the legend of the Greek god Orpheus. The harp-shaped constellation's most notable star, Alpha Lyrae, - better known as Vega -- just happens to be one of the brightest stars in the sky.

Much like the determined mythological character Orpheus, "Lyrae" individuals have a deep inner desire to use their abilities in leadership and exhibit great personal independence particularly when focusing on large, important issues. Rachel and her team are prepared to lend their stellar qualities to your organization's next project.
