Young Entrepreneur’s Academy – Only A Few Spots Left!

Attention parents, teachers, students, and anyone who knows a passionate and driven student. Our Chamber’s Young Entrepreneur’s Academy (YEA!) is now recruiting students for our 2015-2016 class.

YEA! is a fun, hands-on program that meets weekly after school and helps go-getters in grades 7-12 identify their passions, transform their ideas into fully formed businesses or social movements, and develop lifelong leadership skills. Students have the opportunity to connect with local, legendary entrepreneurs, pitch to investors for startup funding, and compete for college scholarships.

Last year, the NPBC Chamber’s very own YEA! student, Kayla Abrmaowitz and her non-profit Kayla Cares 4 Kids, won the national competition in Washington, D.C. and her life has forever been changed. She has grown her 501-C3, had numerous opportunities to share her story both locally and nationwide, and earned more than $30,000 in scholarships and awards.

It all started with a simple idea. It could happen to you or someone you know!
